The month of March is recognized throughout the United States as Women’s History Month, due to the anniversary of the Woman Suffrage Parade that took place here in Washington in March of 1913. The Pesante Media Group, KNPR + Marketing, and Favored by Yodit will bring together young professional women from an array of industries across the D.C. area to honor three female leaders in their respective fields and commemorate the 100th anniversary of the women’s suffrage movement.
